Business Information: store name, description, business type, RC number (if provided)
Chat Data: messages, media, and system events (encrypted where applicable)

1.3 Chats, Invoices & Payments

OmniApp is conversation-first. Invoices and bill splits may appear inside chats, but financial data is processed through secure backend systems.

OmniApp does not sell your chat content or personal data to third parties.

With payment processors to complete transactions
With service providers under confidentiality agreements

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OmniApp. By using the app, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into binding agreements.

2.2 Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
One person may not impersonate another

2.3 Messaging & Conduct

You agree not to:

Use OmniApp for illegal activities
Send spam, scams, or fraudulent invoices
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

2.4 Stores & Business Profiles

Business users may create stores to sell products or services. You are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.

OmniApp does not guarantee sales, customers, or revenue.

2.5 Invoices & Bill Splitting

Invoices are business payment requests owned by stores
Invoices may be shared inside chats and forwarded
Bill splits are social agreements created inside chats
Bill splits cannot be edited after creation

OmniApp is not responsible for disputes between users regarding goods, services, or shared expenses.

2.6 Fees & Charges

OmniApp may charge transaction fees on invoices and bill splits. Fees will be disclosed clearly before payment is completed.

2.7 Wallets & Withdrawals

Business wallets are created automatically. Withdrawals are subject to verification, limits, and processing times.

2.8 Suspension & Termination

OmniApp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to the platform.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

OmniApp is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OmniApp means acceptance of the updated terms.
